I was 95 years old when I looked back and asked myself, what if I just took action back then in 2019?
Based on the book "The Top 5 Regrets Of The Dying" I started reverse engineering my life.
I wanted to change BIG times and in almost every area of life (except family :)
Because making changes is mainly inner work, I was looking for things, that would remind me in daily life to stay on track & live life to the fullest. Things that are uplifting, inspiring & vibrant but in a minimal and unique style.
If you're ready for a change as well, let's connect and become a changemaker as well. And if you're interested in how I started, this is the book I recommend: "Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself" from Dr Joe Dispenza. You can't do the same things over and over again and expect different results :)
A couple of personal facts:
I'm Stefan, happy father of four, married to my beautiful wife and best friend to my Airedale terrier called Vivo. I live in the Swiss Mountains and love snowboarding and long walks in nature.
I just started and hope to connect with many like-minded changemakers on the way. I'm constantly learning (from graphic design to meditation to cooking and of course improving my English ;)
BTW: the top 5 regrets are:
- I wish I'd had the courage to live a life true to myself, not the life others expected of me
- I wish I hadn't worked so hard (just mentioning)
- I wish I'd had the courage to express my feelings
- I wish I had stayed in touch with my friends
- I wish that I had let myself be happier
Pick the ones that correlate the most and ask yourself a couple of questions.
All the best on your journey
